Terms and Conditions
A. Purchases are based on the "First Pay First Serve" policy. The person who is able to make payment first or faster will be given higher priority.B. All sales are final. There would be no exchange or refund will be entertained for any reason.
C. Prices are non-negotiable. All prices stated are based on Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
D. All goods are not-restockable unless stated.
E. All goods are brand new unless stated.
F. Full payment is required for re-stock goods to avoid last minute back out. A full refund will be made to your account if the item is not available. Please think hard and long before placing your orders.
G. Upon confirmation, item will reserve for not more than 48 hours pending payment. You must then make payment in two days. If payment has not been made within this timeframe, the item will be available again to the next interested buyer.
H. Please note that colours may differ based on different monitor settings. If you are not sure about the colour or length et cetera, please make inquiries. We will be happy to help you out.

J. Inquiries are not considered as placing reservations or in waiting list. Emails that read as "please reserve for me" or "I want the dress/top" without an ORDER FORM is not consider as ORDERED.
K. Scandalous Secret Would only RESERVE once buyer has confirmed their purchase by FILING UP THE ORDER FORM to avoid backouts. Consider the items you wish to purchase CAREFULLY, Once order is "CONFIRMED" and "RESERVED" by us, item(s) are in PENDING PAYMENT PERIOD and considered as good as sold.
L. Once the order form is filled and confirming your purchase, it is assumed that YOU HAD ALREADY READ AND FULLY AGREED ON THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
M. Goods will be mailed every Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm after payment is received (except public holiday).
O. Please! please! please! take note that we are dead serious to backouts last minute.please be VERY SURE before confirming your purchase.DO inform us if you are no longer interested in an item.
P. COD waiting time will not exceeds 15 minutes. So its better for you to show up early ya =)

T. EMAILS WITH A COMPLETE ORDER FORM WOULD BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
PAYMENT METHOD
1) Fund transfer/cash bank in full amount to our Maybank account for any Post method.
2) COD session.
Fund transfer/cash bank in 50% of total amount payment into our Maybank account to avoid blackouts. Another 50% of total payment + COD CHARGES (rm6) will be collect at where we both agreed to meet.
3) COD Hotspot.
100% of total amount of cash on delivery. No COD charge require.
4) For International buyers.
We accept interbank fund transfer/ Western Union at the moment.
POSTAGE METHOD
POST LAJU:
Postage Charges: Peninsular Malaysia (RM6) and East Malaysia (RM8).
a. *WM: 1st 500gm = RM6, subsequent 250gm additional RM1.
b. *EM: 1st 500gm = RM8, subsequent 250gm additional RM2.
POST EXPRESS:
Postage Charges: Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (RM5) per piece
REGISTERED MAIL:
Postage Charges: Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (RM4) per piece
• Disclaimer: However please note that Pos Express and Registered mail shipments do not come with delivery confirmation/tracking code (No signature required).Scandalous Secret will not be liable for any damages or losses occurred during delivery.
